How do I give online?

Simply click on the orange Donate button at the bottom of the menu bar on the left side of the screen of any page on our site.

 

What forms of payment can I use?

You can use either a credit card or an electronic transfer directly from your bank account. There is a processing fee of 3.25% for credit card transactions and a fee of $0.50 for electronic transfers from your bank account no matter what the amount.

 

How will it show up on my bank or credit card statement?

Your donation will not show on your statement with “Free Grace”. Rather, it will refer in some form to the “PaymentNetwork – Intuit”.

 

Can I make a recurring donation?

Yes, there are two options:

  1. After you make your first online donation, there is an option to establish an account with Intuit Payment Network (IPN). To set up an account go to: https://ipn.intuit.com. Once you establish an account you can set up a recurring donation. On the recurring donation screen it will ask for the email address to send the donation to. Please use: [email protected] (this email account is linked to our IPN banking information). —OR—
  2. Send an email to our office manager, Linda Morris, at [email protected] with the date, the amount you would like to be reminded of, and the email address to which you want the reminder sent.

 

Can I be reminded to make a recurring donation?

Can I schedule my gift for a day other than today?

Do I have to create an account with Intuit Payment Network?

You do not have to. It is only necessary if you want to establish a recurring donation or reminder, or if you want to choose a day other than today to make a donation.

 

Is this safe and secure?

Yes. Intuit is the company who offers QuickBooks, Quicken, and TurboTax and is one of the most trusted names in financial software. Read more at https://paymentnetwork.intuit.com/help/index. Look for PaymentNetwork Security on the lefthand menu.

 

What number should I enter as a reference number?

The Intuit Payment Network screen says a reference number is optional, but some have reported needing to enter a reference number to complete their donation. You can choose any number you want.
